I am a 1990 graduate of Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine; 1996 Masters of Science in Animals and Public Policy, Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. In 2011, I was the President of the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP). I am the only Feline Specialist in the State of Oregon. As the spokesperson for the AAFP initiative Cat Friendly Practice, I also speak at major conferences around the country.

My Pets include: my dog Lucca and two Burmese cats, Bodaishin and Andy.
