Only just heard of FIP the night my wee Yoda was put to sleep, It started with what I thought was a bladder infection, got that treated then the vomiting started the next day, got that treated then the next day he was acting so scared and attacked me, which is totally out of his character, he was the most loving wee boy, so took him to the emergency vets and was told it was FIP after a blood test, and I needed to put him to sleep, he would have been 2 in a fortnight.
heartbroken and gutted
i was never given an option for treatment for him.
