Our beloved Nova was introduced to our home and our hearts on Thanksgiving of 2019. And to say we are thankful for her, is an understatement. She quickly became the fifth member of our family, and we adore her. Nova is sweet and affectionate, yet incredibly playful and energetic! She loves to snuggle, climb, play fetch, and bird watch.

However, in the beginning of July, the Nova we had gotten to know and love had disappeared. Her appetite greatly decreased, she was quickly losing weight, she began sleeping all day and night, and refused to play or snuggle.

It turns our beloved kitten had the dry neuro Feline Infectious Peritonitis, or FIP. We felt so lucky to hear from a wonderful friend that there is treatment out there that has proven to be extremely effective. However, our hearts sank when we learned just how expensive the treatment is

Right now, we are taking it day by day but we are quickly running out of funds. My family and I would be extremely grateful to anyone willing to help us provide daily treatments and veterinarian visits to our sweetheart, Nova.
