Our Lincoln boy was found at my husband's school where he teaches at 2 and a half weeks old. He was the biggest love bug and the loudest purring machine. At 2 and 1/2 years old our Lincoln boy got sick with an unexplained fever. We had him tested for everything our vet could think of. We had never heard of FIP before. Sadly our Lincoln boy crossed over the rainbow Bridge before we were able to get at the time experimental medication. Our wonderful vet donated to UC Davis FIP research in honor of our Lincoln boy.
