In August 2021 Kairo’s back legs stopped working and he became very unwell. I took him to the Animal Hospital where they did diagnostic tests and scans. Little Kairo was in hospital for two weeks. The costs were mounting up and at that point had reached 5500.00 gbp. Kairo was diagnosed with Neurological FIP. He was put on Remdesivir for 84 days until 3rd of December 2021 which amounted to a further 4500.00 but his family were pleased as he showed great progress! At this point, Kairo’s family discovered FIP Warriors and made the switch from Remdesivir to GS. during this time for the last weeks of treatment. Kairo continued to do incredibly well and was given the green light into observation! However, a week after his treatment ending Kairo had a relapse, his energy levels dropped, he lost 200g of weight in a few days and had weakening of his back legs again. Little Kairo has now started treatment again for another 84 day period, I am determined to save my baby!!
