Penny was found abandoned on our back porch when she was 3 weeks old. My husband is legally disabled and was going through a deep depression due to his medical struggles, and Penny saved his life. They're inseparable.
She is 5 months old now, and April 11th we found out she has FIP (wet/ocular). She was declining fast. My husband was so distraught because the vet said she needed to be euthanized. He broke down so bad I thought I was going to have to hospitiize HIM.
I needed a miracle, and fast. I researched and found FIP Warriors, and within a few days, Penny made a turn around nothing short of miraculous!!!!
We are doing what we can- borrowing against checks early, canceling anything we can...but with my husband's own medical bills, and needing a new car (ours is not repairable - the icing on the cake), we are scared of not being able to get the next set of vials, or having to miss a dose. We also know we'll need vet visits to get blood work done, and her Inaba Churu treats- which has become a necessity during injections.
If anyone can help, we would be eternally grateful!!!!
PS. I'll try uploading her photo again, I am not great at figuring out how to resize
