Hi, my name is Hector, my girlfriend Jennifer and I have had Binx for about 6 months now. He has brought so much joy to our lives after losing our last cat not too long ago. Unfortunately, we just found out he has wet FIP. We have just started his treatment, but the cost has become more than we can afford. FIP is a very aggressive disease that causes fluid build up in the chest and abdomen, it doesn’t leave you with much time if you don’t start treating it right away. FIP treatment is not FDA approved so vets can’t prescribe it and it is very expensive. It has been a very stressful journey so far for us and Binx, but he is worth it, he is everything to us and we will never give up on him. Any donations or sharing of his story would help us.
