Jessica, mother of Jamilah, who beat FIP, but left us 3/2020.
JamilahWe had a beautiful Singapura who got the disease at 9 mo old and died before he was 1. His name was Nitro and he was the most amazing cat. We were all devastated by his early passing and how catastrophic this disease is. I pray that this research will bring an end to this virulent disease.
NitroJust a few weeks after adopting my first-ever pet, a grey kitten named Daphne, she was diagnosed with FIP. I was completely shattered. I feel so fortunate to live in NYC which has a large cat community, and I got in contact with someone who had access to the GS treatment. The three months of nightly injections was a long, scary, and expensive road, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Daphne is still with us today and is happier and healthier than ever. I will never forget receiving her diagnosis and how heartbreaking it was. I can only hope that the GS treatment becomes widely available and accessible for vets to prescribe to people who feel as hopeless as I did. Thank you so much for your work.
DaphneI miss you everyday Mars. You are forever stitched to my heart. Morty misses you too.Until we meet again my sweet boy.
MarsIn memory of our little Orzo. We lost our little man far too soon and we hope that no family has to go through this terrible disease.
OrzoWaffles has graduated from the FIP Warriors 5.0's "treatment phase" to the "observation period" as of today, March 20, 2023 and we are very encouraged! We could not have gotten here without their (special shout out to Robin Kintz!), and your, support, and we remain positive, hopeful, and grateful!
WafflesOur little Leo was diagnosed with Wet FIP July 29th, 2020. He finished his treatment Oct 23rd, 2020 and was declared cured on January 15th!
LeoPlease add this to Jennifer's donations in support of FIP Research in honor of Max and all of your FIP Warriors.
MaxThis is to honor Elizabeth, her family of supporters and all the cats made well again. This is from Tony the Bengal who was saved.
TonyChris and Vivan Ro spoke so highly of your organization and the support you lent them and their cat Cookie. Keep up the great work!
CookieMy one year old cat, Sebastian, was euthanized with FIP. I was unaware of the option and was told FIP treatment was "black market" and cost "thousands and thousands" of dollars. I was unaware that I had options for treatment. I donate in his memory.
SebastianIn honor of Betty White's 100th birthday, I'm donating to this cause which has helped my own little Warrior survive!
CastielEn nombre de Patitas Flacas el primer gatito curado de PIF en Chile On behalf of Patitas Flacas the first PIF cured kitten in Chile
Patitas FlacasI rescued my first kitten in Santa Monica in 1979. Since June 2023 my (indoor) feline family has grown to 10 adults (ages 1 - 17) & 11 kittens 6 - 8 mos). My neighbor passed away last June leaving behind a colony of feral (unfixed) cats (it's a long story) Suffice it to say it's been a labor of love to TNR some & open my home to others. I will be 73 this month & am fortunate to be teleworking full time. I am always present for them 💕 Thank you for the awesome contribution you make to find a cure for FIP & provide assistance to families in need! 🙏 I would love to visit your Zen-like home for you & your "cat family" someday. Santa Barbara is only hours away. I am hoping to build an additional large room for my 21 kiddos this year. At present, my 110-year old Craftsman Bungalow doesn't provide them with the "zen space" they deserve. It is so true about earning the ferals 'trust' - it takes time, patience & cosistency. It is so worth the effort! 💖Thank you again for all that you do!
