We had to help Poppyseed cross the Rainbow Bridge today.   She was not in pain but definitely ready to leave.   We thank Dr Brand and Ashleigh for coming over on short notice to help Poppyseed one last time.   Our oldest cat at 16+ years, we will miss her presence very much.   Poppyseed was an honorary FIP Warrior, welcoming both Miss Bean and later Smokey into the House Of Nekko.   She also did her part (mostly by being cute), appearing in many videos helping to raise awareness and money to end FIP.    It seemed right to create a fundraiser for FIP in Poppyseeds name and ask those who can, please donate. No amount is too small and all is greatly appreciated.
