Cookie Monster is only 8 years old and has survived being abused by humans as an orphaned kitten, 2 major surgeries within 7 days to remove all her mammary glands, removal of all her failing teeth, and most recently, oral surgery to remove the remaining roots of her removed teeth. In spite of it all, she is a warm, loving cat who has learned to hang out with Smokey and the other cats.
